MAYOR’S OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO

NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

 

The Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) is pleased to announce the availability of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a 2016-17 grants program to support two projects:

 

  1. Access to Housing: Tenant and Applicant Support Services – Citywide

 

  1. Community Building and Neighborhood Planning:Strategic Planning for the Latino Community – Citywide

 

These programs shall be executed within a six-month period extending from January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017.

The RFP will be available by 5pm on Wednesday, November 2nd electronically on MOHCD’s website at www.sfmohcd.org or for pick-up at 1 South Van Ness Avenue, 5th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103

Alternative formats for persons with disabilities will be available upon request to MOHCD’s ADA Coordinator, Eugene Flannery at 701-5598 or eugene.flannery@sfgov.org.

Submissions (original plus three copies) must be received by 5:00 pm on:

Friday, November 18th, 2016

 

Technical Assistance Workshop:

MOHCD will conduct a technical assistance workshop to assist interested applicants in assessing the eligibility and scope of proposed projects, and in completing the required elements of proposal.

Monday, November 7th, 2016

2:00pm – 3:00pm
