FREE LEGAL CLINIC
CORP is a project of the Justice & Diversity Center’s (JDC) Legal Services Program and its mission is to provide free business law services to nonprofit organizations that directly serve low-income and underserved communities in Northern California. CORP partners with experienced business law attorney volunteers who provide pro bono transactional legal services to qualifying nonprofit organizations. Their volunteer attorneys offer legal services in employment, corporate, contract, real estate, tax, and intellectual property law.
On March 18th CORP is also hosting a free business law clinic for nonprofits, where experienced pro bono attorneys will be providing advice and counsel on issues including updating personnel manuals/policies, contracts, liability releases, bylaws, miscellaneous corporate documents, intellectual property matters, etc. The deadline to apply is March 4th.
