  •   Are interested in a job with a career path in property management or hospitality
  •   Have a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends
  •   Like working with people and delivering great customer service
  •   Are stably housed
  •   Are formerly homeless or atrisk of homelessness

    Employment Pathway

 If you have a Case Manager or Career Advisor, ask them to complete a referral form for you and email it to referrals@chp-sf.org

 If you don’t have a Case Manager or Career Advisor, visit a City Access Point and ask for a referral. Locations at 1500 Mission St and 1449 Webster St

Orientations are held every 2 weeks by invitation.

The CHP Employment Pathway includes the opportunity for:

  • 3 weeks of hard skill, soft skill, and job readiness training to be a desk clerk
  • An interview for the position of on-call desk clerk with Solutions SF (SSF) for15 months of paid, transitional employment
  • Permanent job placement assistance after 6 months of SSF employment
  • Retention services for 1 year after external job placement
