What is Coaching?
Coaches are experienced not only in how to run incredible afterschool and summer programs, they also know how to help you get the most out of your program.  Think of your coach as an extra pair of highly skilled eyes, ears, and hands… someone who can help you see, hear, and do things in new and exciting ways.

Why should I sign up?
You should sign up a) because it’s FREE and b) because you know you want your program to be the best possible place for kids to be!

What can a coach do for my program?
ELC TAP coaches meet you where you’re at.
If you need help doing a workshop for your staff.  Done.
If you want an objective observation of your program.  Done.
If you need ideas for creating a new handbook, curriculum, or staff review process.  Done.
We mean it.  Whatever you need, we’re here.
