Nov/20/2013 Make a difference in 2013

Posted by cwilliams • November 20th, 2013

Greetings Friends & Fam!
First of all Happy Holidays! I truly do love the holiday season! Personally this time of the year always brings me to a very thankful and self reflective place. Having so many wonderful  childhood memories of my holidays leads me to desire that more children will experience this same type of Holiday Joy! But I am also reminded through my work and conversations with some that are near & dear to me that this time of the year can not only be difficult for some, but it can be outright depressing! So I am reaching out to you to see if you can help me bring a little holiday joy to some of the families that I work with! How can you help? Well you can click on the link below and purchase a tree for yourself and/or a tree for a family who may not be able to afford one this holiday season! All the details are below… Please let me know if you have questions or need anymore information! Let’s do our part to bring holiday cheer!

Tracy L. Ward, L.C.S.W.

Director of Community Services

Western Addition Family Resource Center

Holiday Tree Drive 2013
Dear Tracy,
Last year we sold 450 trees and supported 250 kids with our education services and 50 families with our food pantry services. Thank you very much!

With such awesome support, we believe we can do more. So we have raised our goal. We want to sell 600 trees this year. This would directly support 100 families and 500 children living in San Francisco. Let’s celebrate this year’s holidays by giving back. Please click below to
buy your trees and support your community.
