From October 15th through May 20th, the ExCEL After School Programs will host monthly professional development meetings for Lead Agency staff and directors. YOU are invited to present during one of the monthly meetings. You can opt to either present a workshop (1 hour 30 minutes) or host a Brown Bag.

Do you hire, supervise, train, or evaluate staff in an afterschool or summer program?  Or are you a line staff member, program leader or tutor working in an afterschool or summer program?  Are you interested in developing more skills to be better at working with your staff or your youth?Then come to this fun and interactive workshop to learn about what the core competencies are – and how they can help improve your staff supervision roles, your own skills, and, ultimately the quality of your program.
