Working Effectively with Juvenile Justice-Involved Youth

This workshop is designed to provide information and practical clinical techniques for counselors, therapists, social workers and other clinicians working with youth at highest risk for involvement in the juvenile justice system, through substance use, delinquency, and/or gang activity. Participants will gain concrete and specific clinical interventions that can be utilized immediately in their daily practice.

Workshop Topics Include:

 ♦ Self-Care for the Caregiver

This workshop provides 6-CEUs/CEHs accepted by all AOD counselor certifying organizations in California.  It also meets the qualifications for 6-BBS CEUs/CEHs for MFTs, LPCCs, LEPs, and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, PCE 5067
