Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Oakland, CA – Jack London Square
* Answer multi-line phones as a back-up to our regular receptionist.
* Filing in central file system and attachments to individual files.
* Scanning incoming mail.
Processing outgoing mail.
* Pick up and delivery of inter-office mail.
* Other administrative duties as assigned.
This position is part of our Administrative Services team which serves an office of 60 people.

Qualifications:Phone experience in a business setting, ability to be on your feet for a good part of the day, experience with filing, ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. Team player, highly reliable, good communication skills, and energy. Computer experience with Outlook and ability to learn other systems.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 with one hour for lunch.
Pay: $12.00 per hour to start.
