As we begin the New Year, I am excited to tell you about two FREE programs I am offering through City College San Francisco’s Older Adults Department in the Spring semester:

.  Brain Fitness at the San Francisco Main Library

.  Encore Adventures at the Seventh Avenue Church

Participants are welcome to join any time throughout the semester, and can register onsite when they come to your first class. There’s no homework and no tests; it’s free, and open to all.
