Good afternoon,

Thank you for attending the University of San Francisco Nonprofit Expo.  I had the pleasure of chatting with members of your organization about graduate degree programs offered at the USF School of Management and specifically our Master of Nonprofit Administration (MNA).

Many of the people with whom I spoke asked that we follow up with additional details that might be shared with friends and colleagues.  As such, please find attached a copy of our Master of Nonprofit Administration brochure for quick and easy distribution.

The University of San Francisco MNA program was the first of its kind in the United States.  Founded in 1983, the MNA prepares individuals to understand the nuances inherent in nonprofit management and how those resonate with operating public sector and for-profit organizations.  The program combines theory and practice to enhance student’s skills in strategic planning, board governance, fundraising, financial management, human resources, marketing, and program evaluation and assessment.

We are currently accepting applications for the Spring and Fall 2013 semesters.  Application deadlines for 2013 enrollment are as follows:

Spring 2013 (enrolls January)

October 17, 2012

November 28, 2012

Fall 2013 (enrolls August)

February 6, 2013

May 1, 2013

June 19, 2013

If you’d like additional information on the Nonprofit Administration degree, we would happily work with you to set up an information session at your organization – you provide the space, we’ll provide the lunch.

You may also attend our upcoming Explore USF Open House on Thursday, October 18.  Faculty, program directors, current students and alumni from all School of Management graduate degree programs will be in attendance to provide their perspectives on the USF experience.

Feel free to contact me should you wish to set up an information session or with your questions and concerns.

Again, it was a pleasure meeting you and thank you for your contributions to the community.
