The Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH)is pleased to announce the availability of the Request for Proposals (RFP)for 2012-2013 programs providing Tenant Counseling to Residents of Propertiesin Foreclosure.  Through this RFP, the San Francisco Mayor’s Officeof Housing will provide funding to community-based organizations that providetenant counseling and education to San Francisco residents currently livingin properties that are in the foreclosure process. The grant term willbe a 9-month period from October 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.

These funds are being made availablethrough a one-time General Fund allocation from the San Francisco Boardof Supervisors.

The RFP will be available electronicallyon MOH’s website at www.sf-moh.orgon Monday, September 10, 2012. Alternative formats for persons with disabilitieswill be available upon request to MOH’s ADA Coordinator, Eugene Flanneryat 701-5598 or eugene.flannery@sfgov.orgSubmissions (original plus three copies) must be received by5:00 pm on Friday, September 21, 2012.  No applications will be accepted after this time.
