We need your help reaching California payday lending consumers! On behalf of California consumers, SF City Attorney Dennis J. Herrera sued Money Mart (also known as Loan Mart) and reached a $7.5 Million settlement requiring Money Mart to repay Californians who took out these loans. California consumers who took out loans from Money Mart from 2005 to 2007 may be eligible for restitution of interest, fees and finance charges paid. This settlement could mean up to $1,800 for each family; potential claimants have until October 1st to claim funds.
