Please join us for our 4th Annual African American Caregiving and Wellness Forum. This is an opportunity to learn more about Alzheimer’s disease, and how it is disproportionally affecting the African American community. According to recent data, African Americans are twice as likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias, and are more likely to be diagnosed in the late stages of this disease.

In addition learning more about Alzheimer’s disease, attendees will learn how to decrease their risk for developing it, and how to provide the best care for themselves, and those living with the disease.
