Good morning,

I hope this email finds you well. I work with Richard Whipple in the Office of Civic Engagement & Immigrant Affairs — you were introduced to him by Jasmin Khabay via email last week. I want to follow-up with Jasmin’s email and send you more information about our program called SF WireUp.

The program overview is attached but as a quick reference: SF WireUpis a consumer education project designed to build the capacity of vulnerable, underserved, and disadvantaged residents of San Francisco to become well-informed consumers of wireless telecommunications products.

I would like to contact tenant associations from public housing sites to present SF WireUp information including best practices when reviewing a phone bill or how to file a complaint about extra charges on a wireless bill. I was unclear about which housing site you work with according to Jasmin’s introductory email; do you work closely with a tenant association or tenant program? I appreciate any of your help — thanks so much.

SF WireUp! Overview Final
Sincerely,

Danielle
