As we begin the New Year, I am excited to tell you about two FREE programs I am offering through City College San Francisco’s Older Adults Department in the Spring semester:


§ Staying Engaged for a Lifetime at the Presidio Branch of the San Francisco Library (on Sacramento, near Lyon)

§ Mental Aerobics at the San Francisco Main Library


Participants are welcome to join any time throughout the semester. Please register onsite when you come to your first class.There’s no homework and no tests; it’s free, and open to all. Please see below and the attached fliers for details.
