Love Without Borders: Life Changing Stories from South African Women
This seminar is being conducted nationwide, with speakers who will be speaking at a United Nations Commission on the Status of Women workshop sponsored by Tzu Chi. This seminar features presentations and stories of a businessman who has led thousands of Zulu women to emerge from poverty. These Zulu women not only transformed their own lives through hundreds of career training centers established by Tzu Chi, they have also been devoting themselves in caring for orphans and AIDS patients in their communities.
At this event, you will get a chance to meet in-person a Zulu woman, Sheila-Gladys Ngema, and the businessman from South Africa, Michael Pan, listen to their inspirational stories, and watch video footage from their daily lives in South Africa. Through their stories, we will see that love is the ultimate antidote to human antagonism and suffering.
