Join San Francisco Community Agencies Responding to Disaster (SF CARD) and the American Red Cross Bay Area Chapter for the new Continuity of Operations Workshop Series, an intensive training program designed to accelerate your organization’s readiness for disaster. Through a combination of workshop lectures, fast-paced breakout sessions and technical assistance between workshops, you’ll end the series with a complete continuity of operations plan for your organization.

What You’ll Get from the Program

  • Planning templates, forms and other materials that will assist you in completing your organization’s continuity of operations plan
  • Expert-taught sessions on specialized topics, including personal preparedness and emergency management through the incident command system (ICS)
  • Individual technical assistance between workshops to answer questions and help complete assignments
  • Networking with the larger preparedness community at the local, state and national levels
