The San Francisco Recreation and Park Department (RPD) invites interested community members to attend a public meeting to discuss future operational possibilities for the Hayes Valley Clubhouse. With a budget shortfall of over $23M over the last two years, RPD has been forced to pull its staff out of clubhouses and is actively seeking ways to keep the facilities active and vibrant. With construction of the Hayes Valley Clubhouse nearing completion, RPD staff is interested in working with the community to determine the best and most feasible use of the clubhouse. With neighborhood participation and input, this community-driven initiative can help ensure that the clubhouse successfully
addresses community needs and desires.
