The next Community Workshop for the Fillmore Economic Action Plan is scheduled for Tuesday, July 27 from 6 – 8 PM at the West Bay Conference Center, 1290 Fillmore Street. The Action Plan will be reflective of the priorities established by the Community at the Community Workshop on June 30, 2010.
The Office of Economic & Workforce Development (OEWD), Bay Area Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and its consultants will present the Action Plan’s prioritized recommendations, and facilitate small group discussions to help identify organizations, individuals and staff resources needed to move the Implementation Plan forward. Your input and participation is needed, especially if you own a business on Fillmore Street, operate a home-based business or live in the district, and have ideas for making the corridor more neighborhood serving through local event productions.
Please join us to discuss our next steps for increasing business activity along the Fillmore Commercial Corridor.
